ICSIA 2013 was started at 8:55 am on Aug 11, 2013, about 10mins delayed than the program. Prof. Siva Yellampalli gave the opening remarks showing below. He also delivered keynote speech.

Prof. Young-Chang Hou was delivering keynote speech intitled "Watermarking Scheme based on Wavelet Transformation and Visual Cryptography".
